Since 2010 I’ve been designing custom frames and forks for riders who want something truly their own.
Each bike begins as a conversation, then takes shape as a one-of-a-kind machine built around the way you ride, where you ride and what you want from your bike. No two riders are the same, and some want something uniquely made for them - which is why we offer custom bikes.

Step 1: Choose Your Base
Each custom build begins with a Singular 'platform' that best suits the style of riding you have in mind, whether that’s fast gravel, bikepacking, mountain trails, commuting, track or road - we can cover pretty much any style of bike - with the considered and unique Singular style. These 'models' provide a launching off point to think about what you really want in a custom bike. I find it's a helpful structure to use these as a starting point - each with their own flavour - which are then evolved to become something special, unique, and yourself!
Step 2: Let's Chat
Book a call or in person visit and we’ll set up some time talk through what you want from the bike.
We’ll cover things like:
- Riding style and terrain
- Fit and geometry preferences
- Components and compatibility
- Tyre clearance, mounts and other practical details
This conversation is where your ideas start taking shape.
Step 3: Your Frame Takes Shape
Using the information from our discussion, I’ll create a detailed drawing of your frame.
This will include:
- Geometry tailored to you
- Tube selection for the right ride feel
- Standards for drivetrain, bottom bracket, axles and head tube
- Mounts, cable routing and other options
You’ll review the drawing and we can refine anything before production begins.
Step 4: Secure Your Spot
Once the design is approved, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
At this point your bike officially goes into the build queue.
Step 5: The Building Begins
Your frame is produced by partners I’ve worked with for many years. We work with builders around the world depending on the frame material and the particular needs for your bike.
Each one is made to order based on the agreed design and specifications.
Step 6: Your Singular Arrives
A couple of weeks in advance of arrival of your frame you will get a more precise delivery date. The remaining balance is then due and your frame or bike will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, or we are always happy for people to collect their bike in person and take a first ride!
